an hour ago Dr. Bihler is impressive: Professional, experienced, forthright with information: clear precise diagnosis and details. He is also warm and personable----a very nice person. Plus, during the appointment, my mother didn't feel rushed while asking many questions. His nurse, Colleen at West Penn, is cheerful and thorough and quick to call back whenever my mother had concerns. Highly Recommend
