After seeing multiple Doctors and being misdiagnosed. Dr. Hemminger found what was causing me problems and why I have been so sick over past couple years. He not only saved my physical health but also my mental health. He didn't give up like other doctors and that is why I highly recommend him.

  • My philosophy of care is to engage patients and to ensure that they understand their cardiovascular problem and the approach to treatment. If a patient leaves the room without understanding their condition and plan, then I have not done my best. I strive to explain complex issues in a way that is approachable. The heart is a fascinating organ. Cardiology is unique in the number of modalities available to look at the body. There are so many different tools available to understand a patient's condition, and the field is always evolving in exciting ways. I really enjoy the detective work of finding answers to a problem, and it all starts with truly listening to the patient.
