He continued his studies at the University of Tennessee-Memphis College of Health Sciences School of Medicine where he obtained his MD degree. Dr Blakney completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Methodist Hospitals of Memphis. As a Board-Certified Internist, he practices general internal medicine with special interests in cardiology, hematology and oncology. Dr Blakney has admitting privileges at Methodist, Baptist and St. Francis Hospitals of Memphis. Dr Blakney is committed to providing high quality care to his patients.
