Provider took their time to get all information of a very complicated history. She was friendly and easy to talk to. I did not feel rushed as I have before with other providers. I needed urgent appts and the staff would not tolerate even a 2 week delay in my appts, arguing on my behalf over the phone, untill the time frame was ok with Dr Grum
