Dr. Penna is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. He listened and acknowledged all of my symptoms and feelings, and did everything in his power to make me feel good about the care I was receiving in the ER. His bedside manner is amazing as well. I felt as if it was my friend checking up on me every time he came by to update me. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. He’s really compassionate and caring. I’ve been really going through a lot the past few weeks, and Dr. Penna encouraged me and made me feel a lot better about my hyperthyroidism symptoms. There’s not one bad thing I can say. Wish I could make him my PCP lol
