Dr Song is always clear, knowledgeable , patient and compassionate . You are not rushed and never made to feel like a number . She actually makes constant eye contact and thus is “old school” in the best possible way - but up to speed on every development and treatment option for your issue . And she is relatable , unlike so many “ modern” doctors who bury their nose in charts and paperwork , and make you feel like the interaction is totally impersonal. So glad she is such a good doctor and a real person who treats the whole patient as an individual , not just as a billable entity . Love her and respect her and admire her integrity !
