She's upfront, no nonsense, well-informed and thorough. These are the characteristics we needed when dealing with my father's issues. She was the first person to find out what was wrong with him - an unknown stroke 40 years ago that is now wreaking havoc with his brain now that he's in his 80s. She also discovered he has blood clots in his head, which explain his "ministroke" events. My father loved her. He appreciated someone who was so thorough, as no one could ever figure out what was wrong.
