I saw Dr. Cales when I went in to the ER for something that didn't turn out to be serious but was really worried about so I appreciated the good experience. The hospital was obviously very busy but Dr. Cales didn't rush her time with me, which is really nice compared to other times I'd gone to the ER. Courteous, knowledgeable and had really good advice. Glad to have seen her.
