Dr. Pusey and her staff were professional and compassionate. I was referred to Dr. Pusey by Dr. Shelly Coe for an emergency breast issue after the mammogram facility I used for 15+ years couldn’t fit me into their schedule until 4 days later. Dr. Pusey saw me that very same day for imaging and the following day for a needle biopsy. Dr. Pusey and her staff stayed late (hours after closing time) to accommodate my needs. She obtained the biopsy results in less than 48 hours and contacted me immediately by phone. Dr. Pusey and her techs were thorough in their testing and exams and her staff was helpful and responsive. Dr. Pusey had two lengthy consultations with my husband and me. She took her time to explain matters in detail, patiently answering all of our questions. I noticed some negative reviews regarding wait time. Based upon my experience – one test indicates the need for more, etc. – delays happen because Dr. Pusey is thorough.
