Care Philosophy

  • The best medical care decisions for children are made when the parents and I have a positive collaboration that brings together all of our areas of expertise. I have a great deal of respect for parents, and I find that they very quickly become experts about their children. What I have to offer is up-to-date medical knowledge and many years of experience. I am happy when parents ask lots of questions and fully participate in this process. My goal is to prevent health problems whenever possible and to give the best possible care when problems arise. One of the most important ways to protect a child's health is to make sure that they receive all recommended vaccines on time.
