Dr. Yamada ordered the tests that I had seen were recommended when evaluating the potential illness I went to see her for. She afforded me the time I needed to discuss my symptoms, and later as she explained test results, her diagnosis and answered my questions about these. She followed up with me some weeks later and communicated with the referring doctor well. I would trust Dr. Yamada if ever had a serious heart event or condition because she excelled in the 'little things' I needed when first saw her years ago, and I would expect her to apply the same knowledge, dedication and empathy to a serious illness.
