About Me
Care Philosophy
- I'm a pulmonologist, which means that I see a variety of patients with any kind of lung issues - whether that's lung disease, or symptoms such as shortness of breath or cough. In the hospital, patients tend to be very sick, especially when they're in the intensive care unit. Often times we can get people better in the intensive care unit, sometimes we can't. Helping patients and families cope with that transition is one of the things that I find so important. Hope may not be for going back to what was before, but may be different - and reframing that hope is something we all work together on, as well.
