Dr. Wan gives you personal advice on achieving your weight goals and is very encouraging along the way. She also listens well and always returns your phone calls quickly. I have also had visits with a nutritionist who works with her. Their practice wants to improve your health and share this journey with you. I found this program easy to follow and have lost 35 to 40 pounds so far. This has been a true blessing for me as weight loss at 72 is hard ! I had trouble breathing and was on Oxygen before starting this program. I now have sent the tanks away and am breathing much better. My advice is give this a try and take it one day at a time.
