This review is long overdue. I saw Dr. Tobe after a depressive incident. I was a college student at the time, and school was very reluctant to let me finish out the semester, let alone return. Dr. Tobe's evaluation supported my return to school. Because he stated that returning to school was in my best interest... I was able to return. I completed my degree program, have enjoyed a 30+ year career, obtained two more degrees, including an MBA. Dr. Tobe, thanks for taking a chance on me in 1982
