I an a retired RN who accompanies an older friend to appts snd surgery . Dr Vilella , Dot and Barb have been unfailingly kind and patient dealing with my friend . Dr Vilella thoroughly explains problem and interventions allowing generous amount of time for questions snd decision making . He does not give empty promises but is kindly reality based. This is imperative with this patient population particularly . All I can say is thank you for the respect you give your patients
