Patient Reviews
Nov 28, 2018
Dr. Armstrong is kind and understanding. He lets me ask lots of questions and doesn't rush me. He is a decent doctor. Sadly, his front desk staffers don't make me feel valued. They have never smiled at me. When they make mistakes, they don't own them. They don't seem to have any job satisfaction or awareness that their negative conversations can be overheard. I don't plan on visiting where I don't feel welcome by the staff. I highly suggest Dr. Armstrong, with a different office staff.
