Another year, another exam. I really felt like crying in anticipation of my visit as I really don't like being examined. Dr. Thom's bedside manner and personable spirit not only made me quickly at ease, but actually enjoy the visit and sharing laughs. He is such a pro. I always look forward to when his "sidekick", nurse Karen comes in. She is a quiet force, but capable, calm and makes me feel safe too.
