My mom, age 88, had been to several doctors since her doctor whom she liked very much, retired. None of them were up to par until she saw Dr. Diana Yin. Dr. Yin was thorough, was an excellent listener, clearly answered her questions and made her feel valued and important, not like the others who made her feel old and not worth their time.
