I had an inguinal hernia causing lots of pain. My primary Dr. referred me to Dr. Amr and I was so fortunate to have her as my surgeon. She was very generous with her time when she initially met my wife and I to examine me and schedule the surgery, and she went above and beyond when a scheduling complication arose, to make sure the surgery would happen as planned. On the day of surgery, Dr. Amr met with my wife and I, pre-op, and took her time to make us feel absolutely comfortable, explaining the entire process and post-op expectations. We truly appreciated her bedside manner and professionalism. She is an expert on the da Vinci and the surgery was a complete success. Minimally invasive and a quick recovery. If one must go through a hernia surgery, Dr. Amr is the best there is for the job.
