He has served six times with the Marines and twice aboard ship. He has been the Commanding Officer of Naval Hospital Corps School. He liaisoned with foreign diplomats to deliver Civic Action Programs in the Phillipines and Thailand furthering the reputation of the United States. Dr. Parker also recruited dentists to set up a dental clinic for the homeless at St. Vincent De Paul Shelter in San Diego, CA. Dr. Parker was a clinical instructor for the Advanced Education for General Dentistry Residency Program at Naval Station Great Lakes. He has been recognized as one of America's Top Dentists for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
