Dr. Ashraf truly cares about her patients. Unlike some physicians, she doesn't want to just write you a prescription and get you out the door; she actually spends time to listen to you. She approaches mental health from different angles and with an open mind, which is rare in our age of reductionist psychiatry. I definitely recommend her. She is helping me a lot with my anxiety and depression.
