Dr. Rangel is a fantastic doctor. I went to him in 2002 with an advanced cancer stage 3 b. He performed biopsies and difficult surgeries on me at the time. I continued to see him the next 11 years and then I moved out of state. I am now 15 years cancer free and if it were not for him and his expertise I would not be alive . I am so grateful that I went to him and I now enjoy my life with my husband and grandchildren. He is a top doctor.
