No one wants to be an ER and despite them being completely slammed, she took time to listen and got us a room not once but twice at Centennial. The second tome she upped her advocacy game bcz the patient had been discharged too soon by a hosptialist doc not the specialist he was being cared for by and was sent there to be treated by. If you speak with respect you will get respect!
