I was warned by a comrade of Dr. Chauvin and by the nurses who know him of how good he is at what he does. I had roughly a 75% chance of having my foot amputated. After several procedures (thrombectomy), he ran to me while I was on the table and said "you're prognosis is 100% better than it was 12 hours ago, if you can suck it up for 3 more minutes, I'll save your foot." And he did. I'm 42, first child born 9 months ago. I'm balling my eyes out now out of gratitude towards Dr. Chauvin. Thank you
