Our experience with Dr Molter was over a 5-year period. Our son was born as a micro pree-mie and has had many specialists throughout his life. Dr Molter did a tracheostomy on our son and also ear tubes later on. He took great care of him throughout the 3+ years he had the trach and post appointments. The trach has been out for 8 years successfully now. Our son always loved going to see him the most out of all the Doctors he had. He made the appointments fun for everyone and explained everything well taking the time needed. Our son also had to have ear tubes and Dr Molter did those as well which went perfect flawless. The only problem I remember is appointment times running late, but I always thought to myself it was because he did spend whatever time needed with his patients and did not rush out the door. One of the best doctors anywhere.
