I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 1958. In 1978 I met Dr. Feinstein and knew immediately that he could offer what other doctors did not - the knowledge on how to control my diabetes instead of it controlling me. Once I understood the "why" I had to do certain things, the "what" became something that I wanted to do. Under his guidance my A1c is where it should be (5.8), and my kidney specialist and my cardiologist do not want to see me for a year. Thank you, Dr. Feinstein!
