Dr Flume cares about physical health too. He knows trigeminal neuralgia! It's rare, bizarre & on rare disorders. org or 1 of them, can't remember but I've had neurologist look at me and wonder what was wrong. He is a specialist in more than psych. I am a knowledgeable RN w/ multiple specialties, don't do bones, creeps me out, do not know it like other fields, don't want to know it yet this Dr would know more than an ortho Dr. Guarantee it. He cares & listens like I've not seen in ages. Jessica that handles his appt dates/times is such a kind soul. She is not judgmental and knowledgeable. Those two are the only ones I have encountered but they make a wonderful team. He knew the rare condition I have 1st appt & I can tell who's a know it all, wants to use it to know more (which I never mind) & who just wants to rush me not aware & just doesn't give a hoot of the anxiety, depression, self isolation, etc. He'll be retiring soon & I'm not going to find another Dr like him. I'm scared.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
