It's been a very long time since I have had such a caring and professionaly mannered doctor and supporting medical staff. Dr. Kropf's demeanor quickly put me at ease and let me know that I was finally being treated as a person instead of another insurance claim. His outstanding professional attentiveness ensured that I was finally getting the care that I have needed for a long time. He and his staff ensured my prescription and referral was processed expdetiously. It is an understatement to say that I have not had this level of care and service in many, many years. My family and I consider ourselves very fortune to have found him. We look forward to a long relationship with him and his staff.
