Office staff pleasant and efficient Office cleanliness immaculate. Dr. Novak was attentive and listened to my problem. Gave me options for treatment. Great bedside manner. Gentle when moving my knee to evaluate extent of injury. I will go back if needed and as a nurse and have seen many doctors I would strongly recommend Dr.Novak
