From our first pre-op meeting, and through out the post-op follow up, Dr. Kaufman was patient and informative. I never felt rushed or disregarded in any way. On the day of my procedure he came and explained again what the plan was for the knee replacement. Everything went according to plan and I started my physical therapy right away. I'm 7wks out now from surgery and very happy with my mobility and lack of pain. My experience with Dr. Kaufman has been great to the point I would heartily endorse him for anyone considering total knee replacement. He also does hip joints so I'm going to keep his number handy!
