No problem with the the DR at all. However front office personnel are the pits!! Every time I -am in Dr. front office they keep telling me they haven't received authorized OK from the Va. for my implant surgery. I know this BS. I stood right by and watched Dr.Lee at the Bradenton VA Clinic Fax the approval to Dr. office months ago.You need a complete employment change. To say I'm upset about is an understatement. Please contact me incase your employee's intersect this message. So you don't miss it. Your have already done the the bone transplant four months ago so I must believe you have had the approval. Daniel Corcoran 100% totally disabled Total and permanent Thank you for your attending to this.
