Dr. Carter was highly recommended to me & I can now understand why. He is very professional, has a great personality, has an immaculate office, a friendly staff, and makes you feel like he honestly cares about you. He took his time with me, explained everything he did in detail, never made me feel rushed, and his assistant was as friendly as ever. He saved a tooth of mine that I was told by someone previous could not be saved so I am very grateful!! Jill Lieber
