Dr. Tanner set an early morning virtual phone call with Brad M. because with Brad's work schedule and Dr. Tanners office hours it was difficult finding a mutual time. Dr. Tanner was creative in finding a time that worked for them both. He and Brad were able to talk about how Brad was getting along with his monthly allergy injections and antihistamine pills.
