He's a brilliant man who concurrently possesses exquisite bedside manner, making for an enjoyable doctor's visit even though I'd rather never set foot in another hospital or doctor's office again after my massive MCAS anaphylaxis flare required such a long hospital stay. He's extremely knowledgeable about standard illnesses within his purview as an immunologist as well as more rare ones like MCAS, which I have. He comprehends MCAS' convergence w/ EDS/POTS. He listens intently and, in a world where few doctors even know of/believe in MCAS, despite all the peer reviewed medical journal research overviews exploring and proving it the past ten years, he not only believes in it, he's well-versed in it, and provides extensive answers to help those suffering from it and helps immensely, all with empathy. His support staff, whether nurses or front desk and office managers, is equally excellent and empathetic. With utmost sincerity, Lana K. W. Austin
