Having very extensive dental work over the years due to affects of chemo, I need a GREAT Dentist, ESPECIALLY IN A PANDEMIC!. Dr. Bastianelli and his staff are outstanding. I had a recent dental infection in the outer gum of a crown molar. Even though the office was closed due to the State Executive Order, I reached a live receptionist and she referred me to Dr. B's emergency number. He called me back immediately and arranged for the meds I needed with my pharmacist. He followed up multiple times. My problem was resolved, and it was very reassuring to know that I can count on he and his team! Also, his very knowledgeable receptionist gave me info to help identify a better dental plan last year from my existing provider and it has saved me a lot of out of pocket costs.
