Dr. Yam did L-3,4,5 & S1 almost three years ago. Pre-op my mobility was severely restricted and pain was intense. Six months later, I replaced our 1200 sq. ft deck mostly by myself and was back riding my horse. The recovery was no 'walk in the park' but now I rarely pay much attention to my back. Yes...there are some things I simply don't do anymore, but so what!?
