Dr. Feaker gave me excellent care for my shoulder problem. He was friendly, with a great bedside manner by making eye contact rather than typing on a computer or dictating while he was speaking to me. Dr Feaker explained things fully and in a way that I could understand. He offered options and asked my opinion, which made me feel valued. He took as much time as needed to answer all my questions. When surgery was needed, he scheduled it according to my time since I had a vacation planned. He explained exactly what to expect, before, during and after the surgery and recovery. He gave me a timeline for the recovery process and physical therapy. My experience was that I had very minimal pain after the surgery and during the physical therapy and healing process. My first appointment was as a walk in and I had a very minimal wait time. Each appointment after that was always on time. I highly recommend Dr Feaker for professionalism, personality, skills as a surgeon, and his high quality care
