Unable to obtain adequate vision correction despite best efforts of two optometrists. Referred to Dr. Carl who identified cataracts, provided detailed explanation of eventual need for surgery and his recommendations as to timing for that surgery. I was seen immediately when I decided to opt for surgery (1 week after calling) Surgery scheduled within 2 weeks, seen in office pre-op with full discussion of options, excellent nursing support and instructions, provided kit with eye drops pre-op.
