When I was 16 years old, I was struggling to walk after a freak accident from sports 2 years prior. Doctor after doctor couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me for 2 years. I was depressed and contemplated amputation. Dr. Blackman was recommended to my family. He performed an arthroscopic lateral release procedure on my knee, walked me through the healing process, and even demonstrated physical therapy moves. He not only saved my knee, he helped me get my confidence back. 14 years later and I’m still pushing. My surgery scars are a reminder of my journey. Thank you, Dr. Blackman.
