I shattered my ankle (Dr Ford said it was like putting a jigsaw puzzle back together) approximately 15 years ago. I asked him prior to my surgery if I’d ever be able to walk again and he said there were no guarantees, but he would do his best....and he did. It’s so hard to find a good doctor anymore and even though it’s been many years since I’ve seen him and I no longer live in SC, if I EVER needed an orthopedic doctor again and had the opportunity, I’d want him as my physician. He’s a very caring, extremely talented surgeon and I’ll forever be grateful.
