I don't know how anybody could give this wonderful, kind, and caring human a one star. Dr. Pratt is incredible, and will always be a hero in my book. He had to give us some hard news, and he did it in the most kind, loving and professional way any incredible doctor could. Thank you Dr. Pratt for all you do.
