Dr Montero does a full area examination. I had micro tears in my calf for running. And he took an in-depth look on how to solve my problem rather than temporary treat it. I train 6 times a week in swimming, weights, and mixed martial arts. The doc keeps me healthy, easy my mind when I come in for a sports check up in an area I'm concerned about, provides recommendation for supplements and accessories [THAT ACTUALLY WORK], and recommends PTs to help with the problem if he knows a better person that specializes in in the area that needs fixing. I come in quarterly just to check in to keep my athletic mental health feeling confident!
