After considerably researching the relatively few Vascular surgeons in New Jersey who had expertise performing TCAR Surgery on patients who had previous radiation, I found Dr. Daniel Fremed, FACS in Summit. He had very high accreditations and had published numerous research papers on the subject and was regarded highly by his peers. He was approachable, easy to talk to, very experienced and explained everything in detail. He performed my surgery and I had minimal pain and an easy recuperation and he kept in contact with me throughout the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend this very outstanding doctor to anyone considering TCAR surgery.
