Patient Reviews

It's not easy to head out of state, away from loved ones to seek care. But when the top cardiac surgeon in your area says he is 50/50 that he could repair my MV, I knew then that I had too reach out to the CC. The robotic assisted method drew me towards DR Burns. He was upfront and honest about the risks and likelihood of repair once he completed a review mind you he was much more confident than the other surgeon. Extremely thorough at every juncture. While he did let me know that we may need to convert to normal steronotomy, once the surgery began. I was fortunate to have been able to complete using the robotic assisted method. Was a bit painful the following days, but again Dr Burns prepared me for what to expect- he was right! I know this review is only for Dr Burns but the entire team at the CC is top notch. I cannot give a stronger endorsement!
