I've been a patient of Dr. Spilman's for over ten years for allergies and sinus issues. I had endoscopic sinus surgery performed by Dr. Spilman, it went perfectly and recovery was a snap - he is an amazing surgeon. In the past I've had allergy treatment / shots and the allergy office is top notch - great staff and never had a problem getting a shot quickly. Doctor Spilman is the best of the best. He will give you direct feedback on what you need, with no frills. If you want a Doctor to tell you what *you* want to hear, or prescribe you something *you* think you need, this probably isn't the place for you. However, if you want excellent care, and results that improve your quality of life, I would recommend him without hesitation.
