Dr Rebel is very caring and excellent surgeon. He has treated my family numerous times and we trust him! The last time I was in his waiting room there was a Fresno doctor waiting for his appointment! If a doctor drives all of the way to Madera to see Dr Rebel, then we are fortunate to have him in Madera! Thanks Dr. Rebel!!!
