I have been a patient of Gr Goshima for over 30 years. He is the most talented, caring and knowledgeable in treating HIV. He has treated me through every possible combination of HIV drugs available to date. When I would become resistant to one combo he always new what I should move to next. I have NEVER had a single opportunistic infection, Thanks to Cyril's long term care of me. I owe him my life and thank God everyday for his care and knowledgeable expertise.
