Dr. Hayes provided detailed explanations of the procedure including risks and benefits. He willing took the time to answer all of my questions. He "talked" me through the actual procedure informing me of every step. His PA, Kathy was also excellent with discharge instructions and providing an overall feeling of comfort to allay my anxiety. My only regret is that Dr. Hayes is retiring.
