How likely are you to recommend Dr. Horstman?

I will start off writing about his staff...they are extremely courteous, thoughtful, wonderful attitude towards patients and their family members. Dr. Horstman himself is also courteous, thoughtful, he listens to what is going on and carefully notices characteristics with his patients that are not being communicated. He explains information that he has in terms that can be understood by elderly patients very well. He shows a great deal of compassion for his patients. I highly recommend him.
