Dr. Chang is one of the most caring, thoughtful people I’ve ever meet. His professionalism is outstanding. He takes the time to listen to his patients and take their feelings into consideration. Not to mention the delicate way he administers the injections. I have tried every pain management Doctors at Kaiser none of them can compare themselves to him. Hands of an Angel
